Check in – after 4pm, check out – before 11am

• Kitchen (full size refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, pots/pans, oil, salt/pepper, utensils, plates, bowls, cups/glasses)
• Free  parking on premises
• TV with standard cable, WIFI
• Full bath (towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, toilet paper)
• Bedrooms (bedding, hangers, iron)
• Safety and comfort (Air conditioning/heating, wood stove, fire extinguisher, fire alarm, carbon monoxide alarm)
• Pets allowed (NO PETS ALLOWED UPSTAIRS!!)
• No washing machine/dryer
• 4 guests maximum
• No parties or events
• No smoking
• Limited cellular reception

Additional rules

• Additional guests over 2 (including children) are $30/guest/night.
• There is a 2-day minimum stay for the following holidays: Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas. 
• There is a 3-day minimum stay for New Years.
• Pet & extra people over two for holidays is $40.00 per person per pet.
• You are asked to clean up the kitchen before leaving, if you use the kitchen.
• Exact location provided after booking

Note:  Pets are $30.00 per night per pet & children the same. I sanitize the cottage after each guest leaves & I have sanitizer wipes for the guest if they feel they need them.
